I used to love weightlifting but then I found out about CrossFit and it feels better to have someone leading the exercises who can tell you the proper techniques. Before, I used to do everything by myself. Learned how to use the barbell through YouTube 😂 so you're in good hands with these trainers who guide you through everything so you can properly hit those muscle groups with good form.

I didn't know if crossfit is only for super athletes or not but this place was basically for everyone. Really relaxed environment where you can reach your goals, no matter what level you're on.

Their scheduling and programs are very convenient. You can pick from a long list of time slots and a coach will be there to run the exercises. It's super simple and I like that.

There are a lot of gyms around Nocatee but right now I believe that Physwell really provides the best in all aspects when it comes to Crossfit. I want to be strong again and I feel like I’m on that path again. I’ve met with some of the coaches and they provided me with some valuable advice and direction, including nutrition coaching which is nice as they say diet is important. If you are interested, they have personal training workouts too that are individualized and built custom to your needs 🏋️.

Toni is knowledgeable and able to adjust our training schedule for this busy mom. I couldn't be more grateful for her support and continual training tips. This is a community of all fitness levels and you won't regret joining. I started the classes last week and I was able to use the one on one training to feel more secure and confident with the machines and the workout schedule so I could give it my all every day. The class coaches are amazing and extremely patient. Having that added support feels like I will never be in this journey alone. This planet fitness has all the right stuff for a good gym. Planet Spandex lives up to its name here in Jacksonville. All the good core machines and the stand up tanning beds are my favorite.

I am not gonna lie, my first month there was tiring and I couldn't get a hang of what's going on. A week later I got a call from the owner/coach David Shute to check up on me. I told him my concerns and we setup a time to discuss in person. He literally sat down and walked me through the entire process. I still remember that day when he was being very patient while I asked him all the dumb questions I could think of and he would take the time to help me understand. I started going there more frequently and somedays I would stay back to learn more on the techniques. I started to fit in a bit more and the more I practiced the more I was enjoying it. Everyday we would be thrown into something that challenges you and that's the beauty of it. Our body gets used to working out in a specific schedule over the time but with CrossFit it is ever changing and the body evolves along with that change. My favorite day is Saturday which I call it a show stopper. Once I am done with the Saturday workout I can proudly tell myself that I have earned the weekend :D All other coaches were very welcoming and they always standby me helping through the learning process. Fast forward 4 months, I can't live a day without CrossFit. It has been truly a life-changing experience. The only regret I have is that I wish I could have started earlier. The only piece of advice I could give is to be patient and trust the process. In the beginning it is going to get uncomfortable and some days it's gonna suck but to achieve something bigger that's a small price we pay. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who is brand new to CrossFit like me and I promise you won't regret it! The owner and coaches here are phenomenal and extremely knowledgeable. Their programming is well thought out and calculated, while maintaining an appropriate challenge. Shute explains the movements and gives feedback if they’re done incorrectly or require a slight adjustment to optimize the movement. We need more gyms like this!! Dropped into PhysWell before COVID hit and cannot wait to return. I've been doing crossfit for 4-5 years and have dropped into many other facilities. After a lifetime of lifting solo I decided to try out a more structured approach to fitness at PhysWell and I love it! Great workout plans and instruction from the coaches! They also have a fun kids nook so I can work out while my kids play - they love 'going to the gym.' Highly recommended for all skill and fitness levels.

This is our home away from home. Our kids love it here and the coaches push my husband and I well! Our kids can play in the kids area while we get a strong, yet efficient workout in. I started at Physwell 5 months after baby was born, and less than a year later am down all of my baby weight and more!
