When I called to book I fully explained my needs. After dumpster was picked up the pricing changed and I owed an extra 300$. I called to ask for explanation and all I got was insults saying I was cheap and couldn’t afford the 300. Very disappointed with transparency of price and explanations didn’t need to come with insults. Go with a major dumpster not this half rate/experience place.

They are very professional, helpful, punctual and communicative, gave us plenty of advice on how to get the best bang for our buck (we had 3 loads) and was very upfront on pricing and additional charges which was still the most competitive. My kids offered to help with the cost of a dumpster and make some space in the garage to get out of storage and I had others lined up to help too. Then Countryside even let me have for the rest of the weekend. And when picked up the dumpster, John not only allowed more in the dumpster, what would barely fit, but also helped me move it from the back yard and put it in there!!
