I am really impressed with my sessions so far and have noticed both a reduction in pain as well as necessary strengthening of certain muscles. For example, I previously could not do a sumo kettlebell deadlift without significant pain in my lower back, and after a few weeks of training and gradual work with Tyler I just did two sets of ten with NO pain at all. That may seem rudimentary to some, but for me this was a huge deal and encouraging improvement. The last thing I'll say that made me feel extra confident in Tyler is the fact that someone else I know who goes here has a COMPLETELY different set of exercises, timeline, and procedures than I do (as it should be since we have different problems) which ultimately shows me that he cares about finding the root cause of each individual person's problems rather than just copy-and-pasting everyone's exercises. I have worked with capable PT providers before but Tyler is a cut above. His approach is thorough, comprehensive and systemic. I have seen remarkable progress over the last six weeks. Dr. Tyler was extremely helpful when I came in with jaw pain from TMJ. He explained what exactly was happening to cause the pain and how we would go about alleviating the pain. He dry needled the area and gave me exercises to do. My jaw pain is essentially non existent now. He was so professional and very responsive to all my concerns. I cannot recommend him enough!

Earlier this year I injured myself doing back squats at my local gym. I feared the worst and thought I would be sidelined for months. Needless to say I was devastated when I realized I'd likely not be able to go to the gym as it's such a core part of my life and mental health. After hopping on a video call and one subsequent session, I was equipped with the knowledge, rehab movements and plan of attack to safely heal and make my return to working out. I’ve been experiencing some discomfort in my lower back following a back surgery, and have been hesitant to seek treatment for it because I was afraid of making it worse. I finally decided to give PT a try after the pain started to negatively effect my daily routine. Tyler was able to educate me on what was going on, and we developed a plan together to treat the pain. After a few sessions, I am so much more relieved and am happy to say that I now experience little to no discomfort. As a physical therapist myself and one who has overcome chronic knee pain with running and liftings weights after working with these guys, I can tell you that what they do is almost impossible to find. I don’t just mean in the Scottsdale area but the U.S. as a whole. They’re truly changing the landscape of how physical therapy is delivered. With that being said, it’s far from your traditional PT of hot packs, leg lifts, and being treated primarily by aids/techs with no formal background. With these guys, you’re with the same Doctor of Physical Therapy every session, 1-on-1 for an hour, and never doing the same exercises you’re already doing at home or could’ve found on YouTube. I’ve sent a handful of my friends/family here as well who had failed traditional PT practices with no relief and avoiding activities they love before finding these guys as well. Long story short, if you’re passionate about fitness and staying active, but can’t because of an injury you’ve just found your solution.
