I thoroughly enjoyed my session with Nicole from Start Again Stronger. I had injured my foot a few days before and the session helped the pain dissipate. I walked 1 mile the day after the session without pain. And I was feeling energetically uplifted. Nicole taught me an exercise to help with my pain/energy. I had my first ever remote energy session and it by far exceeded my expectations. We were able to incorporated the Healy device too. At the beginning of the session I was feeling a lot of negative energy and the need to clear those. Nicole walked me through some techniques, which we repeated a several times, and by the end of the session, I felt a great deal of relief and a sense of peacefulness.
