6 years after our new build literally every single appliance has required repair. Neighborhood appliance has been reliable and professional. Alex is great. With the amount of times he’s been here this year he feels like family LOL!

Neighborhood Appliance Repair was fantastic! Their technician, Ben, was friendly, professional, and had my dryer fixed in no time. What stood out:Clear & Upfront Pricing: Ben diagnosed the issue, explained the root cause, and provided a transparent quote for parts and labor before starting any work.Same-Day Repair: He had the exact parts and equipment needed on his truck and finished the job right then and there.Helpful Maintenance Advice: Beyond fixing the problem, Ben gave me great tips on how to prevent future damage and extend the lifespan of my dryer.5/5 stars. I highly recommend Neighborhood Appliance Repair to anyone needing reliable service!

Alex was wonderful. He spent along time here tying to make sure he had the correct diagnosis on my washing machine. He was extremely polite and knowledgeable and explained everything as he was doing and when ever he got a code he would explained and tell me is he would need to further look it to it. I would highly recommend them.

I’ve been having neighborhood appliance repair our appliances ever since we moved in, 22 years ago. Always professional, kept us informed of the repair and reasonable pricing. Can always count on them being at our home within a day or two of scheduling an appointment.

I had asked for Alex, but you sent Jeff. Jeff was fine, friendly, straightforward and informative, but I think you should have scheduled Alex or told me why you could not. I do appreciate that I got a text before Jeff came telling me to expect Jeff and not alex. That was a very good business protocol on your part.

Out service tec, Alex, was extremely polite and professional from the start. He was very informative about what was going on with our dryer, and truly tried to get it going with different options, and he explained what he was doing as well as the cost. Well worth the call.

What a wonderful experience working with this company! From beginning to end, they made it so easy. A real person, not AI, answered the phone when I called and promptly scheduled me an appointment. The repair technician came out in the timeframe he said and did a thorough and comprehensive diagnosis. The pricing Was very fair and he was very professional and helpful.
