Used this company for a repair on our KitchenAid refrigerator. The service tech came within 2 days and did an excellent job troubleshooting and ultimately repairing the refrigerator. I called to have my leaky dishwasher fixed. I was charged 129.00 to be told that my dishwasher is leaking and it might be the motor. The cost to replace the motor is about 550.00 with no guarantee that the motor would solve the leaking issue. A big fat waste of money. I would not recommend anyone to use this company. The final straw was the additional $12 for shipping for all these overpriced parts. Skip the big company and go with a mom and pop company that will give you a free estimate and no price gouging. The ice maker in our refrigerator was not working and Alex diagnosed the problem and fixed it so the service call was completed to our satisfaction. Alex was polite, professional and kept us informed of everything he found and did.

They were able to come out next day. Troubleshoot the problem within 10 mins and order the part. Only issue was shipping was a few days late. But install was less then an hour. We had our dryer hose vent replaced. The service person replaced the hose and were on time and a good value. We had used them before at our our former home. Highly recommend their services.

Went online to request service on Tuesday and at 9:00 am Thursday, Alex was at the house to repair our oven. By 10:00 am Alex had fixed the issue and we had a working oven again. Alex knows how to get to the house, he was here the end of last year to repair our dryer. Alex is very Nice, but hope we don't need him any time soon! But if we do, Neighborhood gets the call!

Neighborhood Appliance is highly recommended. They were very helpful and courteous over the phone when I reached out for help with my dryer. They were able to accommodate me with a next day appointment. The tech that was dispatched, Alex, was very helpful and courteous. He was able to quickly diagnose my issue and got it promptly repaired.

Washing machine quit I called neighborhood repair. The girl was able to send someone the next day he came out on time. Was very neat, Polite, fix my washer. Explained what happened. And how to avoid it in the future. I have already recommended neighborhood To Other people.
