I called on Tuesday, the technician came on Wednesday. He was on time, thorough, knowledgeable, honest, and spent time going over the choices of resurrecting my dying washing machine. I repeat, he didn’t rush out the door after giving bad news and charging a service fee. He actually gave me good advice on why some brands would cost me more in the long run but would be less expensive replacements and, his company has “no skin” in the marketing of appliances.
