I've been coming to Back on Point Wellness for over 2 years now, and I can't recommend them enough. I've tried a wide variety of their services, and every experience has been amazing. The entire staff is welcoming, knowledgeable, and truly cares about their clients' health and wellness goals.Since their expansion, they offer so many great services. One of my personal favorites is the infrared sauna. As someone who spends a lot of time in the gym, it's been a great addition to my recovery routine and helps me feel refreshed after tough workouts.I've also had massages with both Karen and Gio, and they are fantastic. They take the time to understand what your body needs and always leave me feeling so much better. I've received cupping treatments from Dr. Kim as well, which have been incredibly beneficial for relieving tension and supporting recovery.Another service I've loved is the pelvix chair. It helped me strengthen my pelvic floor while also helping shape and tone my glutes, which was a huge bonus.If you're looking for a wellness center that offers a wide range of services with an amazing team, Back on Point Wellness is the place to go. I honestly don’t even know what to say anymore. The massage therapists here are amazing. Gayle and Karen are the reason I keep coming back. The chiropractor is great too.But the front desk experience is beyond frustrating.My husband and I have been coming here almost every week, so this isn’t based on one bad experience. Yesterday I called and booked a 4 PM massage. Today, at noon, I get a voicemail saying I missed my appointment because apparently they had me down for 12 PM. I know for a fact I booked 4 PM. Because of their mistake, I lost my massage altogether since there was no availability left.The worst part is that this isn’t the first time. We constantly deal with scheduling mix-ups, wrong appointment times, calls saying we missed appointments we never booked, or confirmations for completely different times. It’s become a regular occurrence.It’s really disappointing when you’re looking forward to an appointment and then lose it because the front desk can’t keep the schedule straight. The providers deserve 5 stars. Unfortunately, the front desk, especially Brittney, makes the entire experience unnecessarily stressful.

I've had this chronic pain between my shoulder blades for weeks and couldn't find any relief on my own. I sought out help when the pain start to affect my arms and fingers.I initially saw Gio and the massage provided an immense relief. Gio is very knowledgeable and knows the anatomy of the body really well. He gave a few recommendations and one was seeing Dr. Kim for an adjustment.After Dr. Kim worked on me, I stood up from the table and noticed that ALL of the tension in my neck, shoulder blades, and arm were instantly gone.What was most surprising to me was the pain hasn't came back. I am so grateful for their expertise because I have tried so many things and the pain was affecting my daily mood and comfort.

I’ve had a great experience at Back on Point. The front desk staff is friendly, welcoming, and consistently helpful. I’ve also really enjoyed seeing the naturopath, Dr. Love, each visit has been informative and supportive. Overall, I highly recommend them.

I had not been back to the office for at least three years. The office has expanded and has a very welcoming environment. Dr. Kim was right on time for the appointment. He didn’t miss a beat and even recalled that I had been to the office before. His diagnosis of the issue appears to be on point. He provided and adjustment and a wellness consultation too. I am feeling so much better already 🙏🏾 10/10 would recommend.

I recently had my first visit with Dr. Ernest Kim at Back Point Wellness and I honestly can't recommend him enough. I'd been dealing with this massive stress ball lump in my neck for almost a year and nothing was working. I tried foam rolling and stretching constantly at home but it just wouldn't budge.When I went in, Dr. Kim really took the time to talk through my pain and actually listen to what was going on. He does these specific stretches during the adjustment that made a huge difference, and he definitely went above and beyond what I expected for a first appointment. My partner even noticed that the lump was finally gone after my visit and told me my walking and posture look way better.I'm complaining about pain so much less now and just feel more aligned. Even a few weeks later, my back and neck are still feeling great. I'm definitely looking forward to adding these visits to my regimen whenever I'm in pain again and need an adjustment.
