I never thought I’d look forward to a workout but I am actually bummed when I have to miss classes. I lost my dad last week and before joining the Mafia I would have used my grief and sadness as an excuse to be lazy but I don’t know what I would do now without having this outlet to release my stress and boost my mood. It is a wonderful feeling to be in a judgement-free environment surrounded by a community of people all striving to be better versions of themselves.
