Called prior to make if the appointment to see if they took Cigna Which is a major insurance carrier. She had said “we take all major insurance carriers”. I asked her to run my insurance over the phone just to be sure and she said she couldn’t. Again, she assured me that she took all major insurance However, when I showed up for the appointment, she said she doesn’t take my Insurance. A wasted trip it doesn’t seem like they care much.

Dixon Center has an awesome team. From the doctors to the chiropractor, and front office. Everyone is friendly and the facility is comfortable. My back was hurting and I was going to go to the ER. I called Dixon Center and they got me in immediately. They made some adjustments to my back, put me on a plan. My back felt like new after I left that day. Thank you Dixon Center.

Heather is the best doctor experience that I have ever had. I am currently overcoming long-term mold exposure. In the past year I have been to the ER 5 times (St Thomas x 3, Vandy x 2) and she's by far the most knowledgeable health professional that I have met. She is compassionate and truly cares about her patients. She is friendly and I feel comfortable opening up with my health concerns. I am so glad to find a PCP I trust!

Neck pain has made it difficult to cycle and run. Dr Hannah and her staff have done a great job getting me adjusted and healthy. I’m riding 40 miles at a time and able to be much healthier now that I am aligned and stronger. If you have not tried chiropractic care, this place is the place to start.

Naturopathic + Allopathic working together for positive outcomes has been a LIFESAVER. I finally got insurance and found Dr. Dixon so I thought I'd give him a try. I was shocked to see this is more than just chiropractic, it's a whole team of naturopaths and PCPs tag-teaming to treat the whole person together. There's no egos or attitude in-fighting at the expense of the patient, only how do we reduce pain AND get improved health? Within a few weeks of treatment my joint pain was managed enough to get back into the gym and exercise, they continued to manage all soreness and stiffness and get me over that 30 day hump where it's not a dread to workout because of the pain and exhaustion. So with seeing Dr. Dixon, Dr. Ben and all his wonderful friendly and helpful staff, I'm pain free, losing weight, pumping iron and lowering my BP! I can't wait to get their stem cell treatment and get my knees restored and start running again. THANK YOU ALL *5 STARS*
