For years, I have been stuck in two areas of my life, namely setting up a busi-ness (ETSY shop) and managing my ever increasing weight. I reached a point where I knew, that I just couldn’t do it on my own. During a google search, I was really thrilled to find Monica and Mark in my own home town of Adelaide. A number of times I said to Monica, that I couldn’t imagine what we would talk about for twelve weeks, but of course, 12 weeks turned out to be barely enough! At about the 5 week mark, I was ready to throw in the towel, but Monica and I talked through things and we continued through to the end of the 3 month programme. I need to say to anyone contemplating doing this coaching, that it is well worth it, you get insights into your own thinking that you wouldn’t otherwise get. You also need to be aware, that part of this pro-cess is that you will be pushed outside of your comfort zone, and you have to know that going in, and you have to be willing to push through. Just remem-ber that old saying .. ‘Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.' (as per Albert Einstein). The zoom calls are as good as face-to-face, so don’t let the fact that it’s physically not in person, put you off, you do feel like you’re in the room together. It's a transformational process, that won’t be completed by the end of 12 weeks which is what I thought it would be, but I came to understand that it’s a gradual process and you have to be prepared to continue to work on yourself after the program, continue learning, continue to push yourself outside of your comfort zone. I learnt things about myself, about life, about other people and made connec-tions with other organisations and people that I would otherwise not have made. So I do recommend Monica to you as your guide and mentor for the things that you want to transform in your life. I stumbled across Magnificent Mindset, and found the courage to reach out and make contact as I sensed the problem was internal and not external. So the thought of changing my mindset appealed to me. The next few months transformed my life thanks to Mark Sandercock, whom I cherish now as a great mentor and friend. Working with Mark allowed me to identity the source of my issues, and rectify my internal dialogue, bringing to fruition my goals and dreams which hitherto had seemed unattainable. I am now studying a Diploma in my chosen field, am free of addictions and bad habits, and my relationships in my work and most importantly my family are on a far brighter and positive course.
