Execution Athletics has been a fun and positive experience. Everyone has been welcoming and supportive. The coaches are very knowledgeable, kind, and patient (especially if you are new to CrossFit, they take the time to break down the movements and this is very helpful). A very tight fitness family that seem to genuinely care about one another.

This is a great place to train for any sport, CrossFit, weightlifting, strongman, tactical or general fitness. There’s turf, sleds, ropes, weights, strongman equipment and various clases.The best part: they have OPEN GYM all day! No where else around offers that! You gotta see this place.

My 14U Fastpitch team participated in an 11 week program at Execution with Coach D and Clayton. Every week, the girls looked forward to their training session and never wanted to miss it! I’ve been training here for a little over a year and love the community and facility. They have every piece of equipment you could ask for including a turf track, and the owner is always upgrading the equipment. The Execution atmosphere is motivating but never intimidating which is had to find!

The trial also doesn’t start when you take your first class it starts the day you sign up. Amazing place!! Such a great atmosphere and athletes. The coaches are some of the best I've seen, very attentive and knowledgeable. I've learned so much. It's huge and has every thing I need. They even have an amazing massage company and a PT company who specializes in athletes! This place has everything!

Two years ago I gave up playing racquetball as a result of a knee injury (torn meniscus) and have been struggling with my motivation to get back in a gym for exercise.
