Execution Athletics has been a fun and positive experience. Everyone has been welcoming and supportive. The coaches are very knowledgeable, kind, and patient (especially if you are new to CrossFit, they take the time to break down the movements and this is very helpful). Awesome group of coaches (Clayton, Brad, Sarah) and great group of people in the classes! I am now starting week 9 and it has been a great experience at CFX with everyone helping me learn all the "lingo" for the warm ups, exercises and the WODs. The classes are great as the coaches are focused on teaching everyone the proper form and technique, the whole group encourages each other no matter what skill level you are from beginner to advanced. Two years ago I gave up playing racquetball as a result of a knee injury (torn meniscus) and have been struggling with my motivation to get back in a gym for exercise. Having just turned 56 a few weeks ago I have found the motivation with the great environment here at the Eldersburg Gold's gym CrossFit Execution and the great workout crossfit provides (strength and cardio)! Thanks Clayton for your vision (and coaching)to start CFX just over a year ago! Thanks Brad and Sarah for your patience & coaching as I am still learning, asking tons of questions!
