Top-notch training here! I’ve been here almost a year and I’ve seen vast improvements in myself due to their coaching and understanding of former injuries. They also help you scale the workout if your injury is bothering you. Great community here and amazing coaches! Highly recommend!

Excellent gym. Trainers and staff well versed in a variety of lifting styles. Primarily a traditional CrossFit gym. Members are a great mix of encouraging with a hint of friendly competitiveness. I tried out multiple gyms in the area before settling down here last month.

This place is top notch. If you really want to train and push your limits, go see Roy. This gym is for everyone no matter your level of fitness. I've spent 1000's on trainers in the past and realized it was a waste of money. You will have someone coaching and pushing during every class here, and you will get the results.

The owners/coaches are wonderful people. They are understanding and caring, and they make working out so much fun. They have really created a fun and diverse community of individuals working toward a common goal.

Because STEEL FURNACE CROSSFIT I do not take meds anymore also, I feel better and stronger everyday. I brought my nephew, niece and son into it, that’s how much I love this place! Coach ABEL and coach ROY help us everyday to rich our goals.

Amazing box!!! My husband and I dropped in once while on vacation. We looked at many boxes in the area but we felt like the programming and the space itself won us over. The facility is huge and very organized. We were not disappointed. The coaching staff and other members were very welcoming and made us feel right at home. If ever in the area again, we will definitely drop-in.

The best CrossFit box in central Florida! The coaches are amazing! I've been going there for a year now and I had never done CrossFit before.
