Someone finally called last night to say they would be here this morning between 8/830am, then called at 840am to say they would be here soon....so at 330pm when noone had arrived, I called to check....they told me they are contracted with the state and had to call off their trucks due to weather. I work with Heather and she’s great and so knowledgeable. She recently designed an amazing English garden for my yard with over 20 different plant varieties and it was installed last week. Bad experience with this company, is not the first time I see post on lack of communication. I contacted them multiple times about missing spot on the back yard. I was told they will do quality assurance but they don't, also was told that they will do re-cuts if necessary but they have not done it once. Bad experience with this company, is not the first time I see post on lack of communication. I contacted them multiple times about missing spot on the back yard. I was told they will do quality assurance but they don't, also was told that they will do re-cuts if necessary but they have not done it once. I contacted them by email and I also called, they asked for pictures and I send them multiple times. It looks to me that once they get paid they don't care. Horrible trimming job and multiple missed spots. Dealt with Ruddy and Ed no response to my emails so far. I canceled my service and I hope they will get better at customer service. Less
