Had my first appointment with John today, I actually felt comfortable and heard. He explained the medications and what the plan was, I am happy so far and love that he understands my fear or medications and went over side affects and actually took his time with me. I have BPD. Pretty debilitating disorder, so the fact that Jillian can give me meds that help me be a better person and have a better quality of life is better than what any therapist or psychiatrist has ever done with me. She is spot on with her diagnosis almost everytime. Any time a medicine doesn’t work is a trial and error that is beyond worth it.

I love seeing Ms. Price. It’s been hugely beneficial to my mental health. She is easy to talk to and flexible with treatment options. It feels like she genuinely cares about how medication impacts me. I found her though a free online service - Headway.co - which helps find therapy offices covered by your insurance (it found way more than my actual insurance site did!). I have had no billing issues. It’s great that I can meet with her virtually, so I can fit my check-ins easily into my schedule, connecting with a smartphone from wherever. And I am so grateful that I found her! Would highly recommend the office for mental health medication treatment options.

They are extremely accommodating and understanding. They are willing to work with and check in consistently to make sure your medication is working the way it needs to. I work with John Mrachina. I've had a lot of Providers on my mental health journey. Mr. John is straight forward and partners with me. He works with what I think and say and we come up with a plan- no drastic immediate changes but adjustments with my regiment to help me. The receptionist is also very kind and tries to accommodate. My meds are always on time, no delay on refills, and this office goes the extra mile to collaborate with Pharmacy etc. Thank you very much! Your consistency and effort are appreciated ❤️ Natalie

Cannot recommend this place enough!! I’ve been quite literally fighting for my life for over a decade. A couple doctors and myself believed I was Bipolar, but when sent to a few psych offices, I was ignored, mistreated, wrongly diagnosed, put on SO MANY different medications that did nothing for me. I was at a point where I wanted to take myself off all meds and just let whatever happens, happen. I decided to give one more try, and found this place. They got me in immediately, which is extremely hard to find in the mental health field. I went to John (I believe that’s his name, sorry if I got it wrong) and he was so caring, knowledgeable, and comforting. I didnt feel judged at all, and he actually LISTENED to me. He ended up diagnosing me as Bipolar and put me on the right meds. I felt so relieved to finally get the diagnosis I fought for for years!! For the first time in a LONG time, I feel hopeful. Highly, highly, highly recommend!!!
