I have been seeing Cj for sports therapy for more years than I can remember as she has done an excellent job fixing me during and after marathons, bike rides and just life � this now also includes attending lots of excellent classes at TST with friendly, fantastic instructors and PT with Cj. Everybody at TST is always so welcoming and they do great work supporting local charity events �

TST is great lots of work for charities which is good. lots of classes for the right price and the other services that are provided are good value for money

I can't rate TST highly enough....over the years I've attended classes including baby yoga and couch25k, I've had PT and more recently I use Appetite4life within the centre. CJ is an amazing physio who always seems to fix me no matter what I do......the atmosphere is very welcoming and there is something for everyone.......definitely worth paying a visit!
