I had the opportunity to drop in to Narrows CrossFit during a visit to Gig Harbor. It was such a good experience I went back the next day! The coaching and instruction were top notch, the space and equipment were awesome, and the members were super nice and welcoming. I'll be back next time I'm in the area. I've dropped in to a lot of CrossFit gyms and Narrows is top of the the list!

I cannot say enough good things about this gem of a gym. The owners are fantastic and genuinely care about the members supporting them on their fitness journey. The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable in multiple aspects of overall health and fitness. The equipment is well-maintained. The atmosphere is fun and supportive while also having the focus of fitness.I love this gym!!

I've been a member at Narrows CrossFit for nearly five years. It’s an awesome location with great coaches and an all-around fantastic community! I even participate in the occasional nutrition challenge, which helps me stay accountable and motivated. One of the biggest values for me is in the programming—I just sign up at the beginning of the week and show up on time. No overthinking, no planning, just results.I highly recommend taking advantage of the free drop-in—check it out and see what you think. You’ll know pretty quickly if it’s the right fit for you!

I absolutely love this gym! Every time I walk through the doors, I feel inspired and motivated to give my best. The coaches are incredible—knowledgeable, encouraging, and truly invested in each athlete’s progress. And the community is second to none. Everyone is so supportive and uplifting. Since restarting my CrossFit journey at Narrows back in February 2025, and after a 12 year break, I’m feeling the strongest physically and mentally that I have ever felt. The coaches and fellow members are amazing and everyone makes you feel like you’re part of the family. Every time I go to class I’m excited to show up, learn new things, improve my form and strength. Narrows CrossFit is absolutely amazing and highly recommend it to everyone.

I think the coaches do a really good job of preparing you for both the strength piece and the wod. They take time prior for warm up and mobility movements. They are all really knowledgeable and willing to help. The community has been really welcoming too.

I’m relatively new to CrossFit, but the coaching staff at Narrows CrossFit has been excellent in teaching me proper form, and I’ve already made improvements. The atmosphere is welcoming and fun, with a great mix of experienced and beginner participants. It’s been a positive and encouraging environment to learn and grow in!

I’ve loved working out at Narrows! Everyone is super friendly and the workouts are good and tough, but the coaches are great at demonstrating and offering modifications if needed. As someone new to CrossFit it’s fun and inspiring to be in class with more advanced members and everyone is very encouraging! It’s also a super nice gym with amazing equipment! Highly recommended!

I was super nervous to try CrossFit but I’m so glad I did. I’ve been going mostly to the 6am class or the 5:30pm class. All the coaches are helpful and inviting and all the participants have been friendly and welcoming too! Grateful to have found a good box!

Love it! Coaches are great, class structure is consistent, love the workouts and available times, it's not cliquish like some boxes I’ve been to, and I am challenged (and sore lol) pretty much every workout. And the facility and equipment are beautiful!! Highly recommend!
