I've been renting my place for several years and have only needed assistance with a handful of issues during that time. Unfortunately, whenever I've had to work with Alberto Martinez, the experience has been frustrating. Simple requests often turn into unnecessary arguments or require repeated follow-up before any action is taken.To be fair, the issues eventually get resolved, but getting there is often far more difficult than it should be. As a tenant, I shouldn't have to continually push for legitimate concerns to be addressed. Better communication, professionalism, and responsiveness would go a long way toward improving the experience.
