This is hands down the best gym community I have ever been a part of! I joined Brigade when I moved to Chattanooga and knew almost no one… now I have a gym family! This gym has really personable members and coaches. The schedule is really great you can go anytime of day pretty much and have a structured class. You feel comfortable as a beginner just as much as you do as being someone that's been in CrossFit for a long time.

Loving, kind owners, and the coaches are knowledgeable, encouraging, accommodating, and fun. The facility is clean, spacious, and well-equipped. I love the leadership at this gym. The owners put utmost thought and passion into caring about the health and wellness of their members and the community at large. They are there to inspire, connect people, and challenge people in a kind and all-accepting environment. I highly recommend this gym if you are looking for a way to make exercise fun and meaningful.

I have been a long term drop in for the last 8 months, as I have been in Chattanooga for a project I am working on. Can't say enough about this box. Coaches are great, the facility is awesome, and the vibes are positive. Going to really miss the place, as well as the people. The coach insisted I not pay the drop in because of the evacuation, which I felt awkward about initially because I prefer to financially support owners. It’s not like people open a box to get rich per se. But then I realized the coach wanted to make sure people evacuated knew they were part of a larger CF community and we support each other. Trainers are very professional and very knowledgeable! At 52 I didn’t know what to expect and have loved every minute of it!!

Great coaches, willing to work around my old knee injury without making me feel guilty or weak. I've really appreciated the attention they give to making sure movements are done correctly to increase strength and minimize injury. Great workout!

We were members of this gym for 2 years before moving away. It was a fantastic group of coaches and athletes of all levels. We always stop in for a class when we visit, and we're so impressed how the gym has grown!

I've been to a ton of gyms, in a ton of different places. By far Crossfit Brigade is my favorite gym! The owners are awesome, the coaches are awesome and the gym patrons are awesome! When I finally get to move here, I guarantee I'll call this place my home!

I had serious doubts about it but thought you know what I have nothing else to lose so I gave it a shot. I can not think Emily Thal Griffith and the coaches and members at Crossfit Brigade for working with me. It has made me push myself mentally and physically( within limits) further than I have in a long time. Everyone there is willing to give you a high five or kick in the butt,which ever is needed to push through. The sense of accomplishment at the end of every workout is very rewarding, well after I question my sanity and wonder if I will soon taste again what I ate last night. It has been so rewarding mentally and physically. I can't think everyone at Crossfit Brigade enough. I say all of this to say, don't think it's to late or you can't accomplish something. We were up from S. Fla for spring break and spent a few days in Chattanooga, stopped in to CF Brigade for a couple of WOD's while we were here and wish we had time for a few more!
