It's like as nice as they are and as much as they work with you how are you still wanting to talk poorly about them? Makes me wonder what type of person is leaving the review. They don't even ask for a major credit card or credit check and they don't charge for every little thing or nickel and dime you for miles and such. Even after hours if the line is closed you can still text them and they'll respond. They clearly care and are dedicated. It is no surprise their cars go quickly they are legit and recommended. Called drive away and was greeted warmly by the owner and he got the ball rolling while we were on the phone. I ubered over and then Donna Rae again gave me a warm welcome as I walked in the door. Both individuals were sooooo warm and understanding unlike the cold experience I had at the airport. Donna Rae and the owner got me going while assisting other customers and I was out the door and in my car waiting 30 minutes. I would recommend anyone going here, the service and concern for their customers is stellar. If I could give ten stars I would. Thx again drive away rentals for helping me out. Appreciate your time and business. Would surely use them again.
