Solid Rock Pools and Spas has been a great pool builder to work with, Michael and his team were awesome. From start to finish, their team walked us through everything, educated us on financing options, handled the entire construction, and the landscaping afterwards. In our process of researching pool builders, Solid Rock came up all of the time, and everyone was very happy with them too. When we originally called other known builders in the area, it was tough to get anyone to come out and give a quote, or talk about it what we wanted. Jason with Solid Rock came out multiple times and was patient with us during the design process. Once construction started, Michael the owner came out with Hunter who oversaw the entire process, and made sure everything was perfect for us. After construction was done, Ryan took care of the landscaping design and installation. Overall of I had to do it again, we'd use them at our next home, and highly recommend them to everyone else. I have a difficult lot on a slope and had 7 pool companies out for bids. 2 companies wouldn’t even bid based on the difficulty. After reviewing Solid Rock and working with their staff, I am very pleased with the result. I was happy with flexibility during the project. I am still working with them on some minor issues. Less
