First to respond, insured, answered all my questions, showed up promptly, handled the power disconnects, amazing and super friendly crew, just all around a top-notch highly professional group of folks. They felled two large laurel oaks between our house and our neighbors with no issue. The clean up after the job left the site in better condition than when they came. Backridge is the BEST in the area. Easy to work with, professional, fair, the most knowledgeable, and helpful. They trimmed all of our trees, removed one and ground the stump, added two, and fixed a root problem on yet another.They did a beautiful job on the two trees they planted. My yard looks great! I thought my mature maple trees might have an issue. The gal on the phone thought it was a sap sucker making all the holes in the trunk of the tree but to be certain, she sent their arborist to take a look. He was great. Gave me some good info about the trees and why the sap sucker showed such interest. If I do need work on trees done, I will definitely give them a call.
