Highly recommended bowen therapy works wonders

From one (and my first)treatment, just one, I didn’t wake feeling like my whole arm was on fire from bursitis nerve pain, was a little in 2 fingers, but went away in under a minute when I moved.

I know I am going to hurt a little after I see Nicole but it is so worth it in the end to have everything put back in place. I even look forward to seeing Nicole for the relief and positive energy I get out of a visit to her.

I have received many massage treatments from Nicole (I was a regular customer until moving to Coffs Harbour). Nicole's massages are firm, but not too hard. She has a very good technique and I always left feeling relaxed and more centred. Nicole is also a lovely person and a very professional practitioner. I have no hesitation in recommending Nicole's massage treatment.

Every time I visit Nicole and get Bowen therapy my body responds SO well to it... which surprises me as I've had a lot of different "therapies" in the past and Bowen is definitely more beneficial to my body, mind AND spirit!
