Place promises to be back to cover roof next day leaking bad. No show no Call. Called and called leave message. No response. Meanwhile house getting destroyed because of teranchal down pours. Finally get answer person said they are no longer with them. Who's that the owner? Isn't that his business? So came out again. The same exact same thing. And never showed to meet insurance agent even had appointment. Never showed so lost my claim and now have claim on record. Now all this down pours the last week destroyed house. Ceiling dropped floor soaked. Now it destroying family room ceiling underneath. Cannot believe came out twice with paperwork never showed to cover roof to atleast slow the rain from damaging everything.Same answer twice there no longer here. Not showing up to meet agent and now have to put money out of pocket to fix all. Now its the roor,ceiling floor,ceiling and a claim held against.

Just had my roof, gutters, fasia and Siding done by Savage and couldn't be happier. They were professional and reliable. Roof and siding was completed in 1 day and my yard was super clean afterwards. ***** the owner and his team were super easy to work with. This was an insurance claim through state farm and they got everything approved.?? if you are looking for a professional company for repairs for you home go with Savage they will not disappoint.

do not trust this company!!!! they promise to do cover roof weeks ago and we have had the worst tornado rain! rain! rain! pulled a scam. get you to sign contract and go see if they can keep on scamming. look at all the rain and damaged from plainfield,shorewood to kankakee end of june and beginning on july so far. still never showed. distroying the house!!!

This company is doing stuff an honest would not do Now that the storms have caused damage what they are doing is getting people to sign contract saying if you collect from insurance you must give to them. They are making promises to come and start roof next day to cover where all water is pouring into house and causing all kinds of damage and never had them come back because they got you to sign contract. Now here I am watching all this rain come down and its destroying my house. They won't answer. I know I have to write a complaint to many places. BBB,GOOGLE.YELP, and any other places I can. Savage roofing should not have a license to do business. Would like to hit them where it hurts. They are doing this letting these storms destroy inside of house by having signing contract and not returning as promised. Plus be very careful alot of crocked roofing companies out there.

Every one that works here that I have encountered are all mean people. I met a couple of them at a residence they were working on while I was there doing my job and they were all rude and disrespectful. Every one on their trucks when I see them on the road are driving like jerks. Today I was unfortunate enough to encounter a worker of theirs canvassing for business which ended in an argument with him. You will never get any business upsetting customers.
