Anthony visited us after we found our puppy (about 9 months at the time) was inexplicably restless, very demanding of attention and losing discipline on walks. What was immediately clear is that Anthony has a genuine adoration for dogs, and the wellbeing of the dog is his absolute top priority when assessing them. His approach was highly consultative with us to understand the challenges we highlighted, our lifestyle, and how we were going about our day with the puppy. He is masterful and gentle in the way he assessed our puppy for her behaviour and after he diagnosed what he felt the issues were, he created a plan to address them. Anthony shares techniques with you in person and follows up afterward with written explanations. He also makes a point of being available by text or mobile for any questions, and proved to be very responsive. He commits himself to improving the wellbeing of your dog. Using the techniques and games Anthony recommended, we noticed big improvements in our puppy’s behaviour. She became less demanding, more settled and better on walks. Additionally, Anthony picked up on what he thought was physical discomfort in one of her legs and that which could be contributing to her behaviour. The signs of this were completely imperceptible to everybody else - and given her active nature, you would have no inclination that she was in any physical discomfort. Anthony conducted an investigation based on many photos and videos and generated a report combining this with her behaviour, which we have been able to share with our vet. The vet confirmed she does have a physical issue that is probably causing her pain, and we are investigating this medically further. We are incredibly grateful for Anthony for picking up on this while she is so young. We will hopefully now find a solution that will have prevented years of possible pain, all because he picked up on the very subtle physical signs. - Joe Garland Less
