I would highly recommend Terra Nova Fitness! I have to thank my mom who I originally went with. I was very self conscious that I would be the biggest person here. I like that it is all different shape and sizes. Different ages. Only 6 people at a time. I am not one who likes to look at myself in the mirror when working out in-front of others. Have met a nice handful of people. Enjoy working with Matt/Chris! It has been seven months and I have definitely seen a difference.
