Today was my first workout class at The CAV in Middletown and it was such a great experience! 💪 I wasn't sure what to expect, but everyone was so welcoming and encouraging. I challenged myself, had fun, and left feeling stronger and more motivated than when I walked in.I'm excited to keep showing up, pushing myself, and seeing where this journey takes me. He takes the time to give personal attention, offers encouragement, and genuinely cares about helping members reach their goals. I've had a great time working out here. The coaches are very knowledgeable and help with your form. Other members are quite friendly, too, which makes it that much easier to work out together. I always walk out feeling great, and energized.

Just finished my third workout at CAV Middletown, and I’ve been impressed every time. Annie and Ivan create a welcoming, motivating environment, and each class is clearly explained and challenging in the best way. I also love being able to preview the weekly mission on their website. For me, it's great knowing what to expect ahead of time. Looking forward to more CAV workouts! Highly recommend for all experience levels!

Visited CAV today for the first time and I absolutely LOVED it. I am a former college athlete and this gym was the closest experience I’ve had to working out with a team since graduating. I loved the mix of HIIT and strength training. The workout was challenging yet fun and everyone there is so welcoming and motivating. 11/10 recommend giving them a try!

My first class was such a positive experience. Ben was the trainer, and another trainer (Ivan?) was participating in the class as well. They were both incredibly helpful and informative. The gym itself is open, clean, and doesn’t have that locker-room smell some smaller places get. Everyone in the class had different levels and abilities, but the environment was so supportive. The workout was VERY intense, but Ben offered plenty of modifications and was kind and clear with his directions. I’ll definitely be going back!

Great workout! As an out of town guest, I wasn’t sure what to expect. Ivan made me feel welcome right away, and others in the class were friendly as well. The workout was challenging and well paced for all participants. I highly recommend The Cav and would be a regular if I lived in the greater Louisville area. I don’t often rate businesses, but I felt giving this one a strong recommendation might be helpful for those who are interested but not sure about giving it a try. I loved it and think others will too.

Great workouts and great vibes! I have been to multiple gyms in the area and The CAV has some of the hardest yet most enjoyable workouts. The instructors are all very nice and cater to all skill levels. Highly recommend if you are looking for a good workout and an inviting atmosphere!

Long Time member of a gym that closed there doors in Middletown so I’m looking for a new place to call home. I think I may have found it. First call and I truly enjoyed it. If your jam closed in Middletown like mine, you should give this place a try a highly recommended

The CAV is by far the best gym I’ve experienced in Louisville. I love the small group atmosphere where the trainers are not only friendly and fun but genuinely invested in your progress. They take the time to break down each movement, explain proper form, and ensure you’re performing exercises safely and effectively. The workouts are challenging in the best way possible, and the encouragement from both the trainers and fellow members creates such a positive, motivating environment. After just one class, I knew this was the place that will help me reach and exceed my fitness goals. I look forward to many more classes at The CAV!

As a senior citizen and beginner at The Cav I have been so impressed with how friendly the coaches are as well as the participants in the classes. I've had Coach Ivan's class several times and met other coaches. The techniques are explained for correct form and technique. Modifications are explained and Coach Ivan always makes sure I'm using correct form.I highly recommend The Cav if you want to work on strength training in a supportive environment.
