Was prompt in coming out the first time but was asked to disconnect hot water heater and was charged for it but he didn’t do it. Also asked him to do storm water pipes and he forgot he was meant to come (we had trenches dug and were ready to go) and he sent a couple of kids who did a bad job. There’s no way i’d be using him again.

We had Team Penguin Plumbing come to do a bathroom job today. Due to unknown inappropriate plumbing Paul was faced with a job much bigger than first thought. To sum it up Paul got in and did a great job and answered all questions for us. We will get him back when we start the renovation on our kitchen.

Our stormwater had been blocked at the street and was causing flooding when it rained.
