Dropped in at CrossFit Angier this afternoon and was immediately greeted with smiling faces! The facility is very spacious with top notch equipment! Plenty of rig space, lots of echo bikes (love it or hate it) and great motivation from Coach Jessica and the 4:30 class! I never thought I could find a CrossFit gym as good as the one back home, and I am thrilled to say that I found a BETTER one! Jason and the CrossFit Angier gang are now my family. I love how inclusive they are, how they are able to cater to all skill levels, & that they explain each movement before the workout.
