Awesome gym and welcoming owner. I did my CrossFit L-1 course here, and it was huge with plenty of space. They’ve got the old school tires and sledgehammer setup (which rules), and a basketball net setup. Super high quality equipment and artwork everywhere. Highly recommend dropping in here or signing up!

Amazing place, amazing couches and good people. If you’re a beginner or thinking to start training CrossFit I highly recommend to take the 7 am classes, until now that class is the least crowded.

I joined this CrossFit gym at the beginning of the year with no prior experience and was intimidated at first. But the coaches and members are incredibly welcoming, supportive and encouraging. The workouts are intense but scalable for all fitness levels. Plus, with plenty of class times available, it's easy to fit into any schedule. Highly recommend!
