I started at EA about a month ago and became a full time member after my first week. I quickly became apart of the community because everyone is so welcoming and encouraging. Eric and team are amazing they are super motivating, helpful and full of energy. Everyday is different and the workouts really keep you on your toes!

I trained with Eric for multiple long distance races and always felt my strongest there. A pandemic and a couple of kids later, I knew I needed to return and so glad I did! During this 3-week challenge, a group of us shared our meals and held each other accountable. It was a very supportive experience, not only by the other members but by the coaches as well. The program was extremely thorough in that you get your body measurements and % body fat (BF) before starting the challenge to compare with your numbers at the end. Also, the meal plan provided is customized for the goals you want to achieve. With that said, I lost a little over 11lbs (~5%BF) by the end of the challenge! I wouldn’t have been as successful on my own and I’m extremely proud of myself. I’m also extremely thankful for the support from the other members in the challenge and Coach Eric. Great gym! I went with my daughter and was skeptical on if I would be able to complete the workout. However, I had nothing to worry about! The coaches are understanding of all skill levels and will show you different ways to complete exercises that fit your abilities.

Hello everyone, please allow me to post this review of the E.A. Fit Club. September marks one year since I joined E.A. Fit and it was the absolute best thing that I've done since retiring in Year 2020. Last September, I was experiencing a few health concerns and knew that I needed structure, support and motivation in exercising to become more physically fit and healthy person. "Planet Fitness, was just not getting in for me." One day after shopping at the Giant Supermarket, I noticed the fit club sign next door. So, I wandered into it, asked questions and met Coach Eric Atherton. After a brief conversation, then noticing the slogan "Healthy Mind, Healthy Body, Healthy Life," and being invited to return the next day; I knew I was in the right place. Coach Eric and the Team Members that were present the next day made me feel right at home. Not only the first day but they continue to do so ever since. Please know that Coach Eric gives everyone his personal touch. He's a great motivator, he constantly encourages us, treats us all equally and with a great deal of respect. His Assistant Coaches are very well-trained and are fantastic, as well. Honestly, a work-out routine can be tough and sometimes you may feel the necessity to give up. It's at that time you might receive a text from Coach Eric, saying "Trish!!!" Even in my absence, he will reach out to send a word of encouragement. Our Club Members are the best. We start as a Team, we finish as a Team, and we have become Family! As Eric states "give the person on the right of you a high-five, the person on the left of you a high-five and know they are your partner, motivator and inspirator. Last but not least, six months after joining the club, my blood pressure has levelled off, my AIC is 2-points lower, and I've lost over 20 pounds. E.A. Every workout is different and they challenge us right up to the end. I leave every class thinking “I can’t believe I just did that!” Over the holidays I started Eric’s six-week program. He gave me a meal plan that was easy to follow and I committed to 4-5 workouts per week. The real game-changer was the accountability piece that Eric provides. He was committed to my success from the very first day (maybe more than I was!). He checked in on me almost daily and held me accountable for grocery shopping, meal prep, workouts, and gave me the encouragement I needed to put in the hard work. EA Fit Club is great. Eric is very energetic from the start of the boot camp session to the end. There is a different workout planned for the group five days a week. There are 3 sessions 6am, 9:30am, and 5:30pm which allows me to get in where I can fit in. Eric’s high energy always helps me get through a session and it can and will help you too.

E.A. Fit Club is excellent! Open Mondays through Fridays at various times throughout the day which works well with my schedule. Every day is a different workout which makes for great variety! I don't get bored and look forward to working out in a different way each day. Eric and Ryan are great instructors that motivate me to push through the workout. I highly recommend E.A. Definitely the best workout in Baltimore. Eric is so motivational and the entire club is supportive and fun. I also know that I'm always going to get good training about proper technique and best ways to get strong and stay healthy. This boot camp was incredible!. No matter your level of fitness Eric really works with you to get the workouts done. From the atmosphere to the other participants it was like a family.
