He helped find an architect for the project and brought him to meet us and work out the details together. The crew Luke uses is friendly, professional, and pays attention to the details. Luke was gracious to answer any and all questions we had along the way and was on site every few days to make sure things were going smoothly. We hit a few road bumps with supplies due to covid, but Luke stepped up and found ways to make things happen so we had what we needed to stay on track. The end result is a fantastic addition that ties into the original house as if it was always there. It is functional and well built. We have neighbors stopping by often to complement the work done and say how are nice it looks. We could not be happier. We love the deck that VersaCon built for us! Our previous deck was deteriorating. Luke came out and gave us a bid (on a weekend) - explained everything in detail and provided a professional estimate including pictures and price breakdown. They started work quickly!
