I really love the staff they clear all questions and concerns that I was asking I would recommend back to health to anybody

I have been to a few different chiropractors in the Portage/Kalmazoo area and Back to Health has an approach I appreciate. They are an advocate for my wellness, offer to have me involved and make a plan that can be adjusted based on my body and it’s response to the plan actions. They care about people. Dr. Mike is great and I love all the staff. Very caring and willing to help!!

Consistently good care!

I have been using Back To Health in Portage, Michigan for about six months now. I have a lot of back issues and they have been amazing! They are thorough in the adjustment and I've had a lot of relief since starting with them. The myofacia treatments are wonderful and the staff is always pleasant to work with! I would absolutely recommend Back To Health to anyone suffering from Back pain!

It's obvious this doctor cares about his patients, and the PT group is awesome! He's not one of those "crack-n-go" practices. He finds the problem spots and focuses on those. Nothing routine there! Love it!!

This place is ridiculous they tried to charge my card without my knowledge, 2 days after the appointment and then wanna send it to collections because of their miscommunication! If your gonna try charge someone for an “exam” you should probably let them know one that it is an exam and 2 that they will be charged for said exam!

They have fixed my back problems mainly lower and with me doing my stretching before any kind of strenuous task I've been able to stay fixed. Including going to the gym. And the instrument assisted rub is awesome along with the decompression machine. Highly recommend if you are having any kind of back issues

I have been coming to Back to Health Chiropractic for almost a year and all through my pregnancy. They are flexible to schedule with, care about me as a person and patient and have helped with migraines and back pain. Highly recommend!

Had my very first appt today which was some questions,paperwork,and x rays. Appt tomorrow for alignment & my we will go over x rays ect. All Staff was very friendly,but the actual chiropractor was great. Id recommend for sure!

Sometimes your account is paid full until they some how reworked your billing from a year ago and send you a surprise bill. On top of that, some of the stuff they tried to bill me for were past the 1 year mark, which is illegal in the state of Michigan. Once I mentioned that, they dropped those from the bill but.... who did they charge and get money from that doesn't know their rights? On top of that, since the suspected charges were from so long ago, I couldn't even remember if the new bill was accurate, processed correctly through my insurance, if it could even still be processed through my insurance since its been so long, what I was being charged for, or if was it ran through my insurance in beginning. The poor girl that had to call all the people seemed terrified to have to call all these people with surprise bills. I felt super sorry for her. It was also a bill error on their part. If its been that long don't be money hungry and move on. Especially doing this during a pandemic when there are people without jobs. You can seriously give someone a heart attack. I have been to plenty of chiropractors in my life because of my health conditions and this place just gave me an off vibe. (They will also try and claim its because they are billing the correct way so they don't get audited, but their methods just seem unrefined, unsmooth, a complete mess, which makes it completely shady.) These people are so nice and understanding. I love that they donate money, quarterly, to help the local community.

Took off for six months because of Covid but after they called me I decided to get back to my monthly adjustment. As before very professional, fast in and out, Anna worked on my mobility with great expertise and easy check out along with setting next months appointment. Very clean and customer focused.

Everyone charges a arm and a leg, not here, they are EXTREMELY fair on the price, give you what you need and how often you need it.. the first time I went I felt instant relief and felt extremely better... highly recommend going here they are awesome
