I have been a client of Liahna for several years and always feel great afterwards,thinking about treating myself to another visit soon,maybe the foot detox and a pain reducing massage,I have stood on concrete floors for 35 years/10 hours a day and could use some wellness for my feet and back

Sonya is a fantastic massage therapist who really works the muscles to provide relief. She makes it a priority to ensure you feel comfortable and explains what she’s doing, why, and how it will help. I cant recommend her enough to others who deal with chronic muscle pain.

I’ve been seeing Liahna for about 6 months now and she is hands down the best massage therapist I have ever seen. Her new Vitality Vibe Wellness Center has taken the experience to the next level. I could spend all day there and practically did this Sunday for a couples massage. While my boyfriend received his 90 min Athletic Management massage, I unwinded in the new relaxation area in the back and tried out the Ionic Foot Detox Bath. I really enjoyed this new service and highly recommend giving it a try. I spent the rest of the time drinking tea from the beverage station and stretching. I felt so much more relaxed and ready for my 90 min Self Care Hero massage then when I first walked in the door. Her massage techniques are unmatched and customized for each of her clients. My boyfriend spent his time after his massage trying out the new Infrared Sauna and relaxing as well.
