I would not recommend Upstate Clinic. Megan and Chenelle - the two front desk ladies - are great though! EDIT: Nope, you did NOT answer my questions over the phone! That's a lie! Also, this practice does NOT offer a set price per visit option. I'd rather pay for each visit individually - especially when I see results! I'd rather not have to pay over 3k upfront or pay close to 300 bucks a month (for a six month treatment plan) when it's not guaranteed you'll get the results you want! There are other chiropractors in the area that charge 40-60 bucks per visit and you can show up whenever you want. No commitment! Less

LOVE this clinic. Everyone is so warm and friendly when you walk in. The parking is easy and I almost never have to wait for my appointment time. Things are quick and easy. The staff here are all excellent and extremely knowledgeable! Dr. Zach got me started on the knee program and I can’t believe how much better I felt after just a few minutes of treatment. Great experience! As I entered my third trimester as a pregnant woman, I started feeling all sorts of pain especially in my pelvic bone area. Dr. Megan has been treating me since then and I’ve been feeling much better. All the staff there is super friendly too! They make you feel very welcomed and special!
