Great facility for so many sports.

I have been a member at the gym for almost 2 years. The gym has a a good variety of machines and free weights. It does get busy in the evening with different groups for workouts. My favorite part of the gym though is Jackie she is a personal trainer there but also is always friendly and available to answer any questions about your fitness journey!

Incredible facility packed with top of the line equipment. I’ve been to dozens of gyms in the central Ohio area and nothing comes close. The open floor concept of the main gym makes it feel massive. There were dozens of people working out but it never felt crowded. The equipment was well maintained and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Love this place.

I have sciatica problem for 1 1/2 years. I got weaker poor balance etc. I got referred by my ortho dr to try to work it out. They are not consistent with the hours. I got to the gym at 5:45 to work out and the gym was closed. I set outside for almost to hours waiting for someone to come and no one show up. I have had several memberships, Golds, LA Fitness, etc, The Gym is the best value, in my opinion, of any gym in this area. The Certified Athletic trainers are college educated men experts in weight training, cardio, speed, agility, yoga, spinning, boxing and more.

I love this place. It has everything you need. And staff is super helpful. Highly recommend.

I have been a member of this gym for 5+ years and it is one of my favorites. It has all the amenities anyone could ask for. Also it doesn’t have a commercial gym feel, it feels more like home with good people and good energy all around.

This gym was previously called Nextlevel, the location was ideal and convenient being close to where I live, the gym has all that you need. Unfortunately the owner is very unprofessional in how he handled the closing of the gym during the forced closing due to the pandemic, I was charged my membership fee even when the gym was closed, I sent an email to the owner regarding this was told that they are working with members to resolve this issue, well I was never contacted by phone or email regarding refunds of any kind I was never offered a refund, when I sent an email requesting a refund I heard nothing back, I called requesting a refund was told I could get one if I requested during a certain time frame, so I went in with my email as proof that I made a request during that time frame. I then heard nothing back I called again and was told it had to be sent to corporate and I would get a call back, well you guessed once again no call! I called again this time was told I would get a credit for that time and of course no refund offered! Bad business all around they gave me the run around never called me to get this issue resolved, should have suspended memberships while the business was closed, I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS GYM TO ANYONE!!! I was a longtime member (5+ years) of this fitness facility formerly known as Next Level Gahanna. During the COVID shutdown my account continued to be billed March thru June. I had requested they not bill me as was the policy with almost every other facility in the area since I had no access to the facility/services. After a number of attempts to resolve the issue, I was only contacted after I posted a review. At that time I was told a PORTION of my fees would be refunded, if I changed my review. Out of $100+ dollars that was taken out of my account, a measly check for $15 was sent (smack in the face). I will never step foot back in this gym under the current ownership/management. Numerous unannounced increases and double billing, this was the last straw. If you do not believe this review go take a look at reviews under the previous name. I had a membership and ended up cancelling because I wanted to get a trainer. Went in and signed a paper to cancel, but I’m still being charged the monthly fee. I have called 5 times, went in personally to show them my statements to get the automated deductions stopped. No call back, no action taken. I’m contacting the BBB. This is not how you run a business, taking advantage of your clients

Great hours so convenient to fit anyone's schedule and Next Level has wonderful personal trainers and fitness classes.

I truly enjoy working out at this facility. The staff have been extremely friendly. The equipment is current, and the people who work out there seem to be cool. Divine Impact Fitness offers classes to members and I absolutely love those ladies. You won’t go wrong if you decide to join.

This place has seen a lot of improvements in 2018.

Have been a member for 4 years—prior as well as current management—keeps getting better and better—cleaner (winter months more challenging due to snow/salt—has always been the case—they are always cleaning, mopping, vacuuming) new modern equipment, ongoing renovations to the main gyms, bathrooms, fitness classrooms, new classes (love the real Ryder bikes), a new sauna, dedicated massage space, special events (closed for 4 hours this past Saturday for a worthwhile cause supporting wounded warriors!!—I just worked out early—trust me—as a busy cancer surgeon my time is just as valuable as anyone else’s). Not a lifetime fitness—but I am not looking for a spa and smoothies—gotta pay way more for that anyways. I love the smaller space, family atmosphere and sense of community. Everything you need in a gym and for a fair price

This gym has everything you need from classes to crossfit. And if you prefer just some good old free weights they have plenty of those too! Not to mention they have some of the best personal trainers. Ive been going here 3 years and it just keeps getting better and better. They are always adding new equipment.

Next Level Fitness is the official gym of Apex Muscle Journal (Magazine launch soon). We decided on Next Level due to their varied equipment, atmosphere, and set up. Plenty of room for walking lunges, strongman training, and even jogging. If you are serious about your fitness, this is the gym for you.

I attended the 5:25 a.m. bootcamp with LaTanya yesterday and I can feel every exercise today. Great cardio workout and awesome way to start the day.

Great gym! Love to lift there when I'm in Columbus. Open space, good machines and free weights.

This neighborhood gym in Gahanna is pretty nice and clean, it's only $5 if you don't have a membership and just pay as you go. I love the layout. Cardio is in the front room separate from the weight lifting room. The owner and trainers there are pretty awesome. ^_^
