Wouldn't want to train anywhere else! After doing the initial trial, I was immediately sold. Bo and his trainers are some of the most caring and knowledgeable people, and the workouts are killer! I’ve never been a fan of gyms, but I love this one. The trainers are awesome and focused on helping you achieve your goals. Fellow members are also amazing and helpful. The excercises focus mainly on lifts designed to help members learn correct techniques and become flexible. I've seen other members here who stayed accountable in attendance, effort and nutrition who lost over 50lbs in 2017! I've seen others continually grow stronger and lift heavier weights. The other trainers do a wonderful job too. They cover when the owner is out and they lead group trainings.Fitness Ablaze Training Center is way better than any gym you'll go to and your results will be proof. I love working out here. One of the best decisions I have made this year. In 8 weeks I am stronger physically and mentally. Main goal was to recover from severe make atrophy that resulted from knee surgery and now I am starting to hang with best of them able to do things i never imagined.
