Allana is not only an incredibly talented photographer who made me feel the best I ever have, but she has this bright energy about her that just automatically makes you trust her and the experience. I cannot recommend Allana at Modern Muse enough! I was very nervous beforehand and not only did she put me at ease, but she gave excellent direction and I absolutely love my photos. So I continued with the day with an open heart and mind. Allana was so lovely and welcomed me in the studio with a big hug, and I met and sat in Mandas make up chair and I felt myself opening up and more being myself. they ask all the right questions to break the ice, to get the details they need to help you be your best self and get the content YOU want. I’m a very indecisive person (so thank you ladies for being patient haha), so having some Guidance from them without worrying was awesome. I can go on and on about my experience. It was 10/10. If you are questioning about, don’t. Book with them. It’s definitely an investment in yourself, and completely worth it. You leave there feeling liberated. Allana and her team make you feel so comfortable. Seeing my pics after was so surreal - you could see how I started nervous and then by the end showed a completely new side of myself. She explains to you exactly what to do in each pose and helps you to feel confident. My boudoir photoshoot with my partner, Kenny, and Allana was truly incredible. I knew that it was going to be fun, and different, and definitely confidence boosting. However I had no idea how inspiring, intimate, and therapeutic it would be. Allana was clearly in her zone the entire time - professional, friendly, encouraging and super supportive. And she has this very special quality where she immediately makes you feel at home, comfortable, and safe. Within several minutes I felt totally empowered to enjoy the experience, my body, and my partner's body in a very new, yet familiar way. She honestly helped me feel more at home in my own body than I have in awhile. And she did the same for my partner. Both of us felt like we walked in totally normal, and walked out taller, more confident, more in touch with our sexy and primal side, and more connected to each other. Not only was it empowering and inspiring, but it was extremely sensual! Something I feel is missed in our every day lives. And not just in ours, but in most peoples. In our busy every day hustle and bustle it doesn’t feel like there’s a lot of room or time for sensuality. But our session with Allana was all about it. It felt in some ways like our very first date! Not only do I suggest working with Allana with your partner, but definitely on your own! She isn’t just good for couples, she is amazing for individual sessions as well! In fact I did a session years ago by myself that also drastically helped me improve my self-esteem and my body image. And I haven’t even gotten to the photos! Because honestly so much of what is special about Allana is the process and the experience.
