Their cleaning services are awesome. Their behavior is too good..

Very happy with their service. They arrive at the scheduled time. They usually send a crew of three, one for each floor in the house. They are usually finished within 75 minutes. The floors and all other surfaces are cleaned well, and the house smells fresh. After they leave, I don’t find anything that I think should have been cleaned that wasn’t, and everything is in place.

I’ve been very happy with their service. They are prompt and thorough. I’m very happy to have found them! I have used them for 1 1/2 years so far and I trust them. It feels good to come home to a clean house.

The two ladies that came and cleaned my home left it smelling good and pristine clean! And thank you thank you for cleaning all 3 of my bathrooms and leaving it spotless clean. Definitely will call back to have them come again

They were supposed to come today at 1 o’clock, I was notified by text they would be one hour late and that was OK but after an hour and a half there was no response from Oscar. I texted saying we may need to reschedule and I haven’t gotten a response and it is nearly 2 1/2 hours later. I have company coming in tomorrow and again next week so I didn’t do a lot of the deep cleaning anticipating that we would get that today. I also took my son to daycare even though I didn’t have to work today because it is difficult to keep the house clean while he is here and they are cleaning. Oscar has an incredible house cleaning service! Every time I come home after a cleaning, it feels so good stepping into such a clean home. They are so detail oriented I can tell they truly care. I use Oscar’s cleaning service every other week and it has been a game-changer for my stress levels and enjoyment of my home. The girls are friendly, kind, speedy, and very professional. They do a great job cleaning, leaving my home sparkling and fresh. I recommend doing a deep clean for your first visit, then regular cleaning after that. That’s what I did and I’m extremely happy.

They are super easy to schedule. This mattered a lot to me, since I have them come every two weeks. I also need to rearrange the schedule sometimes and they work with me on that. For that reason alone, I chose them over other cleaners. Additionally, their value for the price is good. The standard clean is sufficient for my needs. While I've had higher quality of cleaning from another company, it was a bit more costly and highly more inconvenient to schedule. So I think I'm getting the best value I can find. Be mindful, the cleaning crews I've had with M&O House Cleaning do not speak English. So it's difficult to give instructions or feedback. But the owner speaks English and is responsive.
