I went to Dr. Justo and the Arizona Eye Institute to correct my drooping upper eyelids. I am so happy that I did! The process was easy and my results are better than I ever thought possible. Dr. Justo and all his staff were a pleasure from the first consultation to my last follow-up appointment. They took care of all the details to get the approval from my insurance provider. They explained all the options and showed me many before and after examples. Dr. Justo did an excellent job to explain the range of outcomes that I could expect. My vision was improved immediately. I had minimal pain and have healed well. I am grateful to Dr. Justo and his entire team. My first visit was in March just before the corona virus came upon us. I had my procedure in June, 2020. The entire Arizona Eye Institute team is doing all they can to protect themselves and their patients during the pandemic. On each visit to their facility, they took my temperature when I arrived and then asked me if I would like to wash my hands. On the day of the procedure, the entire surgery team was wearing protective equipment. I felt very secure in knowing they were following the best safety practices. From my experience, I believe a visit to the Arizona Eye Institute is very low risk for contracting any type of infection. As a patient, this is all one can ask. Less
