The worksite was thoroughly cleaned up. Even though the grounds were (& still is) super saturated by the “atmospheric river/bomb cyclone” & it rained while they worked, there was no impact from their work. Tracy is knowledgeable & informative. He & his crew were fast, friendly & very effective at what they do. Rachel at the “command center” was great with communication & accommodating us into their busy schedules. The cost was very reasonable…actually more than fair compared to others’, I have to admit; & the job site was >40 mls away. We are completely happy with the service & charge. On the last service performed (removal of a 60 foot maple tree) I was pleased to discover, that as much as possible, his team was using electric chain saws. My need was urgent as one maple had to be trimmed before I could schedule pressure washing the house. I explained my need and timeline to Tracy. A couple of days later I got a text saying he could come by that afternoon. He gave me an approximate time and, when delayed, he sent me a text. Excellent communicator! When he arrived, his calm competent presence immediately put me at ease. We discussed the scope of the work and price, which was extremely fair for the value! It was a pleasure to observe him instructing his staff and I learned from the experience. After the pruning he asked if I wanted them to fertilize and I did. Tracy uses a nutrient rich, organic (if I remember correctly) fertilizer. I highly recommend Tracy, the Community Arborist, and already have some additional work for them. ~ Janet Less
