We thoroughly enjoyed our low country history stroll with Karen! Karen was engaging and very knowledgeable of Charleston history and architecture. The tour was at least two hours, and Karen added much insight and interesting stories to the tour. We will definitely be back for another stroll!

Karen was a wealth of information and insight into the history and architecture of the oldest parts of Charleston. Her tour was lengthy and dynamic as we strolled for nearly two hours, but it went by so fast because of the delightful conversation and stories that we shared with her. We definitely recommend this tour!

We learned so much Charleston history on our walking tour with Low Country History Strolls. Karen is engaging, answering all our questions and providing deep insight into the political and socioeconomic of the time and explaining the ongoing efforts to restore the city. I highly recommend Karen if you are looking for a knowledgeable and fun tour guide while in Charleston. We learned so much about the history of the city from her. I was in town with 2 of my girlfriends and Karen was just like part of our group. She also took us to Savannah for the day and that was a wonderful addition to our trip.
