Didnt want to repair damage caused by foundation repairs in my home. Felt like pulling tooth & nail just for them to refuse to fix damage that wasnt there prior to repair. Disappointed in you Scott and team.NEVER use a company to repair your foundation that will not guarantee mediation due to fault of service. Almost all of them do, this is the first one I have ever seen not honor that and it is a damn shame.

Two brothers foundation came out and did some work at my house 5 years ago (which was fantastic btw!) and I wanted them to come out and recheck my levels. They happily came over, took their time checking all of the corners around my house and inspecting for any movements. Gave me some tips and to call them out any time I felt something was off. I highly recommend them!

Really good guys. Called them twice over a couple of years because I suspected a foundation issue. Both times turns out it was false alarms. They also told me what to look for specifically, so I really appreciated the education as well. I suspect if it was someone else, they might have quoted me something or the other for the cosmetic fixes.

Quoted 14k for the job. They came out and began working, then quoted me an additional 8k for an area they couldn’t access before tunneling. Called them out one year later before my warranty ended to express additional concerns. I was told that they did “good work” and that my problems stemmed from moisture issues underneath the house. After reiterating that their work from the previous year was good, I was given another 13k quote to re-address the problem area. I think it’s important to mention that the new quote was given without anyone suiting up and going under the house to inspect.Had a second opinion recently and they were shocked at the entire situation. We pulled up floors and discovered an entire area where a closet & room were not even attached! An area that Two Brothers had definitely worked on.Really nice people, but I felt so defeated expressing my concerns to them as a customer. I was told over and over again how their parents also have a pier and beam home and they “get it”.To conclude, I am scheduled to have my foundation done for the SECOND time in two years, next week. If you have pier & beam, I’d suggest exploring a few more options before committing.
