Very helpful resource for Gluten-Free living. I found the community especially useful when my daughter was going through elimination diets to find her intolerances. I also enjoyed finding GF traditional holiday foods or cooking classes so I didn't have to miss out on too much Singaporean food. Less

International Gluten Free has been a lifesaver for our family! My daughter was diagnosed with Celiac just months before we left for a family vacation to Singapore. Although we did pack a full suitcase of food for her, she has been able to enjoy many meals with the family. We have been able to navigate the city empowered with knowledge, and in locations such as hawker centers, it’s easier for her to accept that eating something there isn’t worth the risk. I highly recommend completing the course before embarking on a trip to Asia. We are eternally grateful for Karen and all of the Celiacs who have blazed the trail before us! Less
