After having several issues with the garage, we finally have the issue resolved! Ramon come out to work on the garage and he went above and beyond what we expected. With his knowledge, skills, and patience, he deserves a raise, seriously, because he could have just left it and wiped his hands free, but he didnt, instead he troubleshooted the issue, and found a solution to correct the previous person's mistake. We'll definitely be asking for Ramon if we have any future issues.

Martin G is a gem! Helped us with broken spring and was extremely professional and efficient. He is also very detailed and not only made sure it runs well but aligned throughout. Brandon was very organized, meticulous and was creative in solving for some limitations while replacing the board and backup battery. He also helped to reset the remotes and lubricate the joints. I had contacted a competitor who advertises quite a bit (Precision), they came out spent maybe 10 minutes and said they would replace the opener and door switch for almost $3000.00. I contacted Overhead Door, scheduled an appointment, Martin arrived on time, diagnosed the door pad was bad, replaced it and charged $260.00. Great company, great service, I would highly recommend Overhead Door of Sacramento!

Would definitely use them again. We have a commercial style roll up door that lost its spring tension. Overhead Door had a service person out the next day. He quickly reset the spring's tension and even adjusted the tracks. The door works better than when it was new. The cost was extremely reasonable. Do consider them when you need service on overhead doors.
