I have always had great experiences here. There is usually no wait time to be seen. If there is a wait time it is less then 5 minutes. It's a great place to come get adjusted and get on with your day.

The reason I decided to start chiropractic was that my back would regularly "go out", and I would be completely incapacitated. I had never been to a chiropractor before, but Dr. Russ' treatment method and general health ethos were exactly the treatment that I was seeking out. Initially, I received several treatments a week, which I hadn't realized would be necessary. Dr. Russ explained that the initial treatment period would help train my skeleton to stay in position. I was running through pain meds and pain relievers and really just getting temporary relief, but i could still get around and carry on my daily routines. About 3 years ago when I was only 19 years old, I herniated a disc in my back while rowing, a sport I loved. I was in intense pain for months and months. I went to all different kinds of doctors and it took over 6 months to find out what the problem even was! Then, the only treatment options they told me were to wait and NOT to exercise! I was miserable for 2 years! I couldn't lift anything heavier than 5 to 10 pounds and could barely bend down enough to touch my toes. I couldn't stand or sit or lie down for long periods of time. I constantly missed work and social activities due to back pain. I couldn't believe I was supposed to spend the rest of my life like this. I go see Dr Dave a few times a year for routine care. After being in a car accident there was only one person I wanted to see. Dave did a great job alleviating the pain in my neck, back and shoulders. My head is still a little shifted, but my results were better than I expected after my initial visit.
