I called to set up an appointment and when I talked to the receptionist I told her that I will not watch the video that I have seen twice before. I was told no problem. I kept the first appointment and spent 60 dollars for xray and was told to come back next week to get my results and an adjustment. Went in today and was told I had to watch a video before they would tell me what was on my xray and adjustment. The video is a way to get you to sign up for multiple visits. I was misled and walked out. Waste of time and money

Before scheduling an appointment here, the commitment to do so was difficult. My neck was noticeably turned to the right. The X-ray revealed that. Dr Stanul has been adjusting me from the start, approximately 3 mos, my husband explains “amazing difference”.Another patient told me that Dr Tazzi is also wonderful, so hands down you will be well taken care of here. Kaylee and Stacey, who are at the front desk and do the scheduling, therapy preparation are a perfect extension to this office, they make things run smoothly! They are all kind and caring people! Glad I made the commitment. During my life I have been to five chiropractors and Michigan Family Chiropractic in Albion is definitely a five star business, the adjustments and staff are the best! Very professional, but also casual and relaxing atmosphere.
