I didn’t receive monthly calls or updates after the first round went out. In June when I logged into My score Iq account that is required to use during credit repair I noticed my dashboard scores hadn’t been updated since late January, but I started services in late March. Which means the “first round” never went out. I never received any proof that work was being done. I reached out to Tempestt in May & June via the client portal, calls, & texts for progress update but she never answered any calls or messages. I also never received any letters from any creditors during the time she was “working on my credit”. About $800 down the drain and nothing to show for it. Shady business practices!! I 100% do NOT recommend!

Terrible! Score did not change at all. Waste of money totally regret choosing her. She is very Rude and unprofessional. I did not receive monthly calls on time .She cancelled my services because I voiced my concerns , and I asked for status updates on accounts. She promised to send copies of the letters she “mailed” , she finally decided to send the letters on the day she cancelled my services.
