I experienced my first ever somatic healing de-armouring bodywork therapy massage with Zoe on Friday. It was wonderful and I just feel amazing from it! I was blown away by the immediate results she achieved on my hip external rotation and my upper thoracic relief from the ‘tightness’ I usually feel. My upper body kyphosis is improved (side on in the mirror I can see a straighter back). Pelvis, hips, spine, shoulders all back in re-alignment!
