I have had some bowel problems that let to a surgery After surgery I was still having problems I went through test after test Dr Nick helped me out with my back many years ago I thought could he help me out with this problem which didn’t think it had anything to do with my spine So took the results of all my testing to Dr Nick Well it turns out my spine was pinched and that area controlled the bowels So all the medication I was taking wasn’t working because of my pinched nerve I am so happy to write this to let everyone know if you don’t have a healthy spine that can function correctly then all the medication you are taking isn’t going to work I am not saying to go off your medication, I am saying go see Dr. Nick Dr Nick helped me get to where I am today, which is a Diane with a well functioning body! Dr Nick has been incredibly helpful in helping me recover from a running injury. When I came in I was barely able to walk, but Dr Nick immediately developed a treatment plan and within a few sessions I was able to notice the difference. I needed a new chiropractor as I moved from Livonia area, my chiropractor recommended Dr. Nick as an excellent doctor. One of the best chiropractors out there, this I can promise you. You’ll never feel like you’re just a number with Dr. Nick. You’ll never feel jipped off, or that the experience wasn’t worth your time or money. He will take care of you. That last sentence is worth rereading. He’s always learning and getting new equipment to help his clients. I drive 30 minutes and pass 15 chiropractors to see him. I received MRI results this past Sunday for my spine, which weren’t the best. Scared, worried, and almost in tears, I texted him that night, on Sunday night at 7:40pm, he texted me back in literally 30 seconds, told me he’s got me! Literally, 30 seconds. Changed my demeanor in a split second, and most importantly, revived my hope and strength. Unreal!! No one does that, folks. He has an amazing staff. The cutest dog, Milo, that greets guests. Before meeting Dr. Nick, I had a negative view on chiropractors in general. After being introduced to him, I did a 180 and fell in love with the practice. Dr. Nick makes you feel comfortable without making you feel forced to schedule appointments right away. He works with each individual patient accordingly based on your needs. With me specifically, he has gone out of his way to teach me appropriate techniques for working out and lifting as well as provided me with different workouts and stretches to help ease my back pain and strengthen the muscles properly. Due to my work and other health reasons, I get recurring pain between my shoulder blades. Dr. Ellis always gets me fixed up within a few visits. He always has a smile on his face and is genuinely concerned about your particular issues. I don't have to wait when I arrive for my appointment, and even though I'm always late (sorry :/), they always seem to fit me in anyway. I had previously seen Dr. Allyn before he retired and must say that he left his patients in great hands. Literally. Dr. Ellis is a fantastic Chiropractor. His adjustments are painless, and after an adjustment, I feel 100 percent better. The staff is really friendly. I even got a massage there last week, and I must say that the massage therapist there was able to get rid of my back spasms within the first session.
