We used this storage place for our belongings when we moved to TN, and is strongly recommended. The area was always clean, safe, and if we had any concerns or questions, we contacted the administration and was rapidly resolved.

I have had a storage unit now for 3 years. The people that run this storage place are so friendly. They are always quick about resolving any issues. I have never had any rodent problems or insect problems. Unlike the other storage facility i had before i can honestly say these peoplle care about their facility and customers. I feel safe as well and have 24 hour access. The other facility had their gate wide open too many times and just anyone could come in. Not only that but there was units that got robbed right next to me. So glad i found this place. And so close to my house at that and reasonably priced.

We rented this unit for my mother. The facility was clean and well maintained. It was easy in and out and the leasing process was easy and the attendant was curitious and helpful.

It's a good storage unit but total bait and switch. Website they listed on originally said$25 a month, after signing up with a$25 admin fee 30 minutes later they text me warning me price for the storage unit is going up to$50 next month. Total scam. The website they listed on did not mention it was a promotional price. After complaining they sent me an official 30 day warning of increase notice.

I am happy with my Safe storage club unit.The facility is well maintained and has what seems to be ample security cameras, lights that keep this location secure. When ever I contact anyone at their office, they are cordial and professional. I rate Safe Storage Club 5 stars.

I needed a place to store my belonging March 2023. I couldn’t find anywhere else in Clarksville but, these folks who had a reasonable move in rate. It’s now April 2024, I have had no issues with this company but they have continued to raise their prices for storage. Overall, my experience has been great. Update: after completing this review the price has changed yet again.
