Get ready for 30 minutes of INTENSE burn! I took a class through classpass and ended up purchasing a class package afterwards because of how much I enjoyed it. Getting great results. I love that it is so fast and efficient. Even if I don't feel like working out I can convince myself to get through 30 minutes. Everything is very clean and sanitary. Mike does a great job correcting form and making sure exercises are done right. Highly recommend.

I love this place!! Mike is so motivational and positive. The classes are a perfect size, big enough that there are people to work out with and small enough so Mike can give you feed back on your technique. I can't say enough amazing things about this place. I have been going for a few weeks now and I LOVE it!!! This is saying a lot for me because I HATE anything that has to do with exercising. The big draw for me was that it is only 30 minutes. This program is completely sustainable long-term which I love. My goal was to do 2-3 days a week max but I am finding that I am going 4-5 times a week because I love it so much. Michael and Mark are amazing!! I love that they are very motivating and also correct your form, so you don't get hurt and get the maximum gains. The place is very clean and welcoming and not at all intimidating which I felt at other facilities. I am so happy to have found this place!! Less
It has been a few months since I have been in a gym. With a major move and new job, I definitely gained the pounds. I was dreading going back into a regular’ gym. I do not have the time etc. However, this 30 minutes workout that is literally 30 minutes straight with little to no breaks works beautifully for me. I have had 6 sessions and I love it! In and out within 30 minutes. Thank you Mike!
Really wonderful class! The most effective 30 min you’ll spend all day. Mike does a great job on teaching you proper form and motivating you to have a great workout.

UPDATE: I am 40 classes in and feeling stronger and healthier! It’s been so easy to add into my weekly schedule, that I feel I can’t complete my days without walking in and completing my workout. IT'S LOW IMPACT, and I love that I can get my sweat on without spending hours in the gym. Michael has several years of experience in the physical fitness field, and his program proves it. He makes class fun, but focuses on emphasizing the importance of flexing and resisting during the movements. Each workstation is sanitized before and after you use the equipment, and you don't share equipment with others during the class to prevent the spread of germs. The gym also has a state of the art air filtration system. So I know when I go in to train after the class before me, I'm filling my lungs with good clean air during my workout. I recommend Flex'n'Burn to anyone at any fitness level or any age. There's modifications for anyone with physical limitations. Michael knows his stuff. I love my Flex 'n Burn family! Less

Very enjoyable and effective way to tone and shape.
I’ve tried many different HIIT classes in the area and Flex ‘N Burn stands out from the rest. One of the best strength and cardio workouts and it only takes 30minutes! Mike is great at motivating the group and with the individual instruction he provides it’s almost like having a personal trainer. I’m glad to be part of the Flex ‘N Burn family.

I always get a great workout when I visit Flex n Burn! It’s quick: just 30 minutes, but a super unique experience! I’ve taken many fitness classes before but never had anything like Flex n Burn & the pulley systems they use. Great for all ages and levels
I’ve done six classes at Flex N’ Burn so far and it’s been great! Each class is 30 minutes which is the perfect amount of time and the amount of output you put into each class really leaves you feeling the effects afterwards. I would def recommend!

I love the quick and efficient classes, you really do burn in just 30 minutes! The instructors are also fantastic at explaining the exercises, correcting form and pushing you to give maximum effort for maximum results! Highly recommend!

My husband and I have been working out for over 20 years but never found a gym like flex and burn that showed the fastest results with fast transformation and in only 30 minutes . It’s a gym thatS like having a personal trainer and with the a safe effective method and has not only transformed our bodies but we noticed has improved our health and with Covid 19 he there is About social distancing with about 12 feet apart so we both feel safe going there plus he has us sanitized before working out . Today was my first time here and it was incredible. Workouts have a great flow and are a good level of difficulty, and the staff is extremely friendly (definitely accommodating)! Thanks for a great first experience and I can’t wait to be back!

This is a high intensity workout in 30 minutes. It kicks uour butt!! It is a smaller more personal gym so you receive great almost. personalized instructions from the instructor
